Studio Policies

Booking Confirmation
All sessions at Meuse Studios must be booked and confirmed in advance. Bookings can be made online via our website: www.meusestudios.com. A 100% payment is required to secure your slot. Sessions booked on Sundays or Public Holidays will incur an additional 50% surcharge on the standard booking rate.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking are non-refundable.
There are no refunds for unused time. Please note: we do not offer cash refunds; all approved refunds will be issued as Meuse Studios store credit.

Punctuality

Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown, so please arrive promptly to make the most of your session. Delays may reduce your shooting time without a refund.

Overtime Fees

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments and must be settled at the end of your session. Your booking time begins from the scheduled start time, not your arrival time. If you require additional time, please notify us in advance, extra time is subject to availability. Overtime after 8:00 PM will incur an additional 50% surcharge.

Respect the Space

We ask all clients to keep Meuse Studios clean, tidy, and organized. Please dispose of waste in the designated bins and leave the space exactly as you found it. A cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is left in poor condition.

Noise Control
To maintain a comfortable environment for all, please keep noise at a moderate level. Loud music or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Food and Beverages
Food and drinks are permitted only in the Kitchen. Please clean up any spills immediately. Alcohol consumption is prohibited unless approved in advance for specific events.

Equipment, Props & Furniture
Handle all studio equipment, props & furniture with care. Return each item to its original location after use. Any damage to equipment, props or furniture will be charged to the client.

Guest policy

Each booking includes a limited number of guests, usually 5 people maximum. Please inform the Meuse Studios team in advance if you expect additional guests, as extra fees may apply.

Professional Courtesy
At Meuse Studios, we value a collaborative and respectful atmosphere. Please treat all clients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

Privacy & Confidentiality
Protect the privacy of others by avoiding entry into occupied spaces and refraining from interrupting ongoing sessions.

Non-Smoking Policy
Meuse Studios is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including restrooms, offices, and shared spaces.

Permission for Content Sharing
By booking and utilizing the facilities at Meuse Studios, clients grant the studio permission to capture and use images or video footage taken on the premises for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. Clients who do not wish for their likeness, work, or session to be included in such materials must submit a written request to info@meusestudios.com prior to their scheduled booking.

Personal Belongings
Meuse Studios accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Clients are advised to keep valuables secure and under supervision at all times.

Copyright & Intellectual Property
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any content produced within the studio complies with all applicable copyright laws, licensing requirements, and intellectual property rights. Meuse Studios will not be held liable for any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted or protected materials.

Damage Fees
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to studio property, equipment, or furnishings during their booking. Charges will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and the full cost of repair or replacement.

Extra Cleaning Fees
A standard cleaning fee is included in all bookings; however, additional charges will be applied if the studio requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

Extended Setup and Teardown
Setup and teardown must be completed within the reserved booking time. Any additional time required for significant setup or cleanup outside of the scheduled session will incur extra charges, subject to availability.
